Carmen llegó a Australia con su esposo en 1973. Sus primeros trabajos fueron con Australian Post, Woolworths y Progress Press (News Limited).
En 1995 obtuvo su Diploma en Asesoría Financiera e Inversiones, de la Universidad de Deakin en Melbourne.
Desde 2003 es co-dueña del periódico hispano, Noticias y Deportes. Y desde el año 2005, escribe para MediaLink, una publicación de marketing del Gobierno de Nueva Gales del Sur. En 2006 funda el único diario digital hispano en Australia, LATINO AMERICA VIVA
Carmen ha formado parte del Jurado del Premio Anual AHWBN 2009

Carmen came to Australia with her husband in 1973. Her first jobs were with Australian Post, Woolworths and Progress Press (News Limited).
In 1995, she graduated as Financial Advisor from Deakin University in Melbourne.
Since 2003, she is co-owner of the Hispanic newspaper, Noticias y Deportes. From 2005 she writes for MediaLink, a government Marketing publication for NSW.
n 2006, Carmen starts the only digital Hispanic newspaper in Australia, LATINO AMERICA VIVA.
